I help people who are asking themselves “who am I now?” and “where do I go from here?” Transitions create a shift in how we identify ourselves in the world from what is comfortable and familiar into the unknown. Our interpersonal relationships are impacted by the loss or addition of family members, changes in careers, religious communities, cultures, or living situations. We may find ourselves depressed, anxious, overwhelmed, lacking confidence, and in need of some kind of help.

I have a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and a master’s degree in theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. I also completed a leadership training program in Ghana, West Africa, and worked in South Korea for two years. My educational, professional, and personal experiences have prepared me to meet the diverse needs of my clients by providing a therapeutic space for healing and transformation.
